Equifax offers a generous vacation and holiday schedule for full-time employees. The amount of vacation you can earn depends on your employee status: exempt or non-exempt.
Overtime-Eligible employees may use their full annual allowance of vacation time before they accrue the time off. However, any unearned vacation time that has been used may be subject to repayment if an employee is terminated.
Year of Hire–4 years of service: 15 days (Maximum Annual Vacation Days)
5–9 years of service: 20 days (Maximum Annual Vacation Days)
10–19 years of service: 25 days (Maximum Annual Vacation Days)
20 years of service or more: 30 days (Maximum Annual Vacation Days
