If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that life can be unpredictable. Lockdowns have impacted our lives in unforeseeable ways, and placed new demands on our time and money. While we can’t always see what lies ahead, we can take more control of our financial journey and leave less to chance. Here are some ways your Equifax benefits can help.
Sharpen your money skills with free Fidelity web workshops
Fidelity, our 401(k) Plan administrator, shares a wealth of knowledge through its wide selection of free web workshops. Topics cover investing, saving, college planning, and even health care in retirement. Two courses are available each day.
With the myCigna website and app, you can see cost estimates for medical procedures and medications before you get to the doctor’s office or pharmacy. With this information, you can discuss lower-cost alternatives with your doctor, compare options based on cost and quality, and more.
If you participate in an Equifax Medical Plan, be sure you’re registered on myCigna. Go to the myCigna.com website or launch the myCigna app and select “Register Now.”

Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrollment Is Open May 23 – 29, 2021
Since the Equifax Employee Stock Purchase Plan, or ESPP, rolled out last year, more than 1,400 employees worldwide have enrolled in this easy and affordable way to build an ownership stake in the company. If you’re thinking about joining the ESPP, here are a few things you might want to know.
How does the ESPP work?
During any of the four annual enrollment periods, you choose how much to contribute during the following offering period. Then, during the offering period you enrolled in, that amount is deducted from each of your paychecks. On the last day of that offering period, your contributions are used to purchase whole shares of Equifax common stock at a discount of 5% off the fair market value of the stock on that day. Within a week, your shares are deposited into your online account.
When’s the next enrollment opportunity?
Enrollment is open May 23 – 29, 2021 for the offering period starting July 1, 2021. To participate in this enrollment opportunity, you must have been a full-time or part-time Equifax employee as of May 3, 2021.
How do I get started?
To enroll, you need an account with UBS Financial Services Inc. If you don’t already have one, get your Employee Identification (EID) number (which is by your name in Workday), visit www.ubs.com/onesource/efx, and click “First Time at UBS One Source?” beneath the green Sign In button.
You’ll also need to complete and submit an Account Authorization Form (Form W-9 in the U.S.). The form is available on UBS One Source under “Online Forms” in the left navigational panel.
How do I enroll?
Log on to www.ubs.com/onesource/efx. On the Enrollment Notification screen, click “Proceed,” then follow the steps.
You can also enroll by calling the UBS Service Center at 877-EFX-STOCK (877-339-7862) (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada), Monday through Friday, 3 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST.
The ESPP buys whole shares only! Be sure to contribute enough to purchase at least one whole share. You can check the current stock price here.
