Whether you are heading abroad for business or a long-awaited vacation, it is important to know that your health protection can travel with you.
Equifax provides its employees with Business Travel Accident and Out-of-Country Accident and Sickness medical coverage (BTA). Additionally, employees enrolled in a medical plan have access to the Personal International Travel Insurance.
Business Travel
Equifax provides U.S. and non-U.S. domiciled employees with Business Travel Accident and Out-of-Country Accident and Sickness medical coverage (BTA).
This plan protects you and your accompanying spouse and/or dependent child(ren) while you are traveling on company business more than 100 miles outside the limits of the city or town in which you live or are regularly employed.
You’ll be automatically enrolled at no cost to you in our BTA plan. Just be sure to print a copy of the Travel Assist ID card (found on PeopleLink) before your business trip.

Personal Travel
Our Anthem medical plans include specific provisions for international emergency and urgent care coverage.
This means that if an unexpected accident or illness happens while you are outside of the country, you may still be protected against high out-of-pocket medical costs, as long as you are enrolled in one of our medical plans.
