Supplemental Life and AD&D is an optional way to increase life insurance coverage for yourself and add coverage or your spouse or child(ren).

• For You: 1, 2, 3, or 4 times base salary, up to $1 million
  (The combined amount of Basic and Supplemental Life insurance may not exceed $1,250,000. Amounts beyond $500,000 require evidence of insurability.)
• For your Spouse: Coverage in $10,000 increments, up to $250,000 (amounts beyond $50,000 require evidence of insurability).
• For your Child(ren): $10,000 for each eligible dependent child
