Exempt (salaried) employees are eligible to participate in the Vacation program. The program is only for the use of vacation time and does not include sick or personal days.
Employees are eligible to use their full annual allowance of vacation before they accrue the time off. However, any unearned vacation time that has been used may be subject to repayment if an employee is terminated. Equifax encourages employees to utilize all of the time off available during the year, but does allow up to 5 days of vacation carryover.
Employees do not have to track vacation time in the time-keeping system. You will work with your manager to request and track your vacation time off.
